The Coaching Philosophy of Tova Woullard

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Tova Woullard belongs firmly in the second category. Working across weight loss, Tova Woullard has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Tova Woullard's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Tova Woullard is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Weight loss, based in Charlotte, NC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists weight loss among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Children (ages 6 to 17): I serve children and adolescents with ADHD, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma/stress related issues, schizophrenia, addictions, truancy issues, low self-esteem." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Tova Woullard apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Tova Woullard's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
