The Coaching Philosophy of Tracy Jones

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Tracy Jones belongs firmly in the second category. Working across psychedelic preparation support, Tracy Jones has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Bend, Oregon, USA, Tracy Jones's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Tracy Jones is listed in the Oregon Psilocybin Services licensee directory as a licensed psilocybin facilitator and appears on TrueCoach under Psychedelic preparation support, based in Bend, Oregon, USA. Their published work focuses on preparation sessions, facilitation and integration for legal psilocybin services. From their website: "Thoughtful psilocybin facilitation in Bend, Oregon, with preparation, supported administration and integration within Oregon." What sets Tracy Jones apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Tracy Jones's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
