The Coaching Philosophy of Turning Points and Beyond

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Turning Points and Beyond belongs firmly in the second category. Working across men's coaching, Turning Points and Beyond has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Chicago, IL, Turning Points and Beyond's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Turning Points and Beyond is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Men's coaching, based in Chicago, IL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists men's issues among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My name is Jonathan Closner, and I have been providing therapeutic and clinical counseling services to clients for over 15 years." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Turning Points and Beyond apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Turning Points and Beyond's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
