The Coaching Philosophy of Valerie Holcomb

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Valerie Holcomb belongs firmly in the second category. Working across adhd coaching (non-medical), Valerie Holcomb has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, Valerie Holcomb's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Valerie Holcomb is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under ADHD coaching (non-medical), based in Salt Lake City, UT. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Do you wonder if ADHD may explain why you struggle with focus, organization, procrastination, time management, or feeling chronically overwhelmed?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Valerie Holcomb apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Valerie Holcomb's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
