The Coaching Philosophy of Virna Moretti

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Virna Moretti belongs firmly in the second category. Working across spiritual coaching, Virna Moretti has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Virna Moretti's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Virna Moretti is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Spiritual coaching, based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists spirituality among the issues they work with. From their profile: "You may have been stuck many times in your life: in boring jobs, disrespectful bosses, ungrateful friends/family, in sick relationships, in your own lack of confidence, in concerns about your appearance, your intelligence, your body." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Virna Moretti apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Virna Moretti's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
