The Coaching Philosophy of Walston Ernest Barbour

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Walston Ernest Barbour belongs firmly in the second category. Working across alcohol recovery support, Walston Ernest Barbour has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Washington, DC, Walston Ernest Barbour's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Walston Ernest Barbour is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Alcohol recovery support, based in Washington, DC. What sets Walston Ernest Barbour apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.
