The Coaching Philosophy of Wendy Jensen

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Wendy Jensen belongs firmly in the second category. Working across anxiety support, Wendy Jensen has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, Wendy Jensen's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Wendy Jensen is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Anxiety support, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists anxiety among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Everyone thinks you have it all together, but inside you're exhausted by self-criticism, anxiety, and never feeling "good enough." Your relationship with food, exercise, and your body have gotten sideways and you’re unsure of how to dig your way out of it." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Wendy Jensen apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Wendy Jensen's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
