The Coaching Philosophy of Will DeJohn

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Will DeJohn belongs firmly in the second category. Working across autism support, Will DeJohn has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, Will DeJohn's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Will DeJohn is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Autism support, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists autism among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Is navigating daily life, relationships, and personal goals particularly difficult?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Will DeJohn apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Will DeJohn's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
