The Coaching Philosophy of Yjasming Kistner

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Yjasming Kistner belongs firmly in the second category. Working across neurodiversity-affirming coaching, Yjasming Kistner has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Yjasming Kistner's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Yjasming Kistner is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with a neurodiversity-affirming focus. In their own words: "I offer one on one ADHD coaching for college students, adults, and especially moms, whether they have ADHD themselves or are supporting children with executive function challenges and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I partner with individuals who are looking for guidance as they navigate the complexities of ADHD." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Yjasming Kistner apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Yjasming Kistner's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
