TrueCoach is a coaching directory that helps people discover coaches and helps coaches list their practices. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you create a coach profile, contact a coach, or message us, we may collect your name, email address, location, specialty, bio, website, and any message you send. Photos you upload are stored to display on your public profile.
We use this information to operate the directory, show public coach profiles, deliver contact inquiries to coaches, improve the service, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
We use cookies or similar session tokens so logged-in coaches and admins stay signed in. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Contact form submissions are shared with the coach you contacted so they can reply. We may use trusted processors (email delivery, hosting, payments) solely to run TrueCoach.
We keep profile and account data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing us. Some records may be retained where required for security or legal obligations.
