The Coaching Philosophy of Jennifer Jackson

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Jennifer Jackson belongs firmly in the second category. Working across trauma-informed coaching (non-clinical), Jennifer Jackson has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Alberta, Canada, Jennifer Jackson's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Jennifer Jackson is listed on TrueCoach under Trauma-informed coaching (non-clinical), based in Alberta, Canada. They are listed in the Moving the Human Spirit Trauma Informed Coaching directory and offer trauma-informed coaching. From their website: "Coaching is a safe space to break free of survival mode, find inner strength and resourcefulness to re-gain control, and flex our power through the uncertainties of life." Visit their official website for current programmes and availability.

What sets Jennifer Jackson apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Jennifer Jackson's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
